Policlinico, di seguito ti diamo alcune informazioni che ti potranno
essere utili, leggile tutte con attenzione fino
alla fine.
COME
FUNZIONA?
Appena prenotate vi arriva una mail con un link dall'app CHEKIN dove dovrete inserire i documenti di TUTTI gli ospiti presenti (se es. avete prenotato x 4 dovete mettere tutti e quattro i documenti) altrimenti il sistema lo legge incompleto e non invia i codici per entrare in struttura.
Il
nostro consiglio è quello di registrare subito i documenti e non
all'ultimo momento in quanto potreste non avere connessione internet
o problemi vari e di conseguenza non ricevere i codici.
La
struttura, il check-in e il check-out sono automatizzati non c'è
presenza di personale (solo alla mattina quando avvengono le
pulizie), questo garantisce ai nostri ospiti la possibilità di
muoversi liberamente, senza vincoli di orari e nella totale privacy;
per aprire il portone principale vi arriverà un numero di telefono
da comporre, un codice da inserire per aprire la porta della
struttura e una combinazione per ritirare le chiavi della stanza, non
ti preoccupare è davvero tutto molto facile!
La
struttura si trova a San Donato Milanese in via I Maggio 7 scala Z
secondo piano (senza ascensore, se hai dei problemi a deambulare
tienine conto!), all'interno di un complesso residenziale molto
tranquillo, in un parco di fronte ad un caratteristico laghetto. La
zona è in pieno centro a San Donato, vicino a tutte e due le entrate
del Policlinico (Piazza Malan e Via Maritano) che distano circa 300
metri facilmente raggiungibili a piedi e innumerevoli negozi,
supermercati, farmacie, ecc; sotto alla struttura sulla pubblica via
è possibile parcheggiare senza alcun costo, la via I Maggio è una
strada chiusa utilizzata solo dai residenti e vi è sempre posto;
l'unica eccezione a cui bisogna prestare attenzione è il martedì
mattina poiché c'è la pulizia delle strade e si rischia la multa.
All'interno
del quartiere vi sono diversi B&B e strutture ricettive, se
chiedete informazioni a qualcuno ricordatevi sempre il nome: BBKING,
prestate attenzione perchè sul nostro stesso piano vi è un altra
struttura che si chiama BBqueen (si, sono i nostri ex soci che hanno
avuto poca fantasia!) non confondetevi.
La
nostra struttura è composta da 3 camere: la numero 4 con capienza 4
posti, bagno privato ad uso esclusivo con accesso esterno alla camera
(è nella porta contraddistina dalla lettera E di fronte alla
camera), la numero 5 con capienza 4 posti, bagno privato ad uso
esclusivo con accesso esterno alla camera (è nella porta
contraddistina dalla lettera D di fronte alla camera) e la numero 6
matrimoniale, bagno privato con accesso diretto interno.
Nella
parte comune (corridoio) è presente una telecamera che riprende
l'ingresso, serve per garantire la sicurezza dei nostri ospiti e per
eventuali verifiche sul numero di ospiti e la loro identità; nessuno
può accedere alla visione della stessa e i dati sono in possesso
esclusivamente di Bbking Italia che è garante della privacy.
COME
ARRIVARE?
1. Con
la macchina: se arrivate dall'autostrada prendere l'uscita dalla
tangenziale est di Milano uscita San Donato Milanese, seguire le
indicazioni per “Carabinieri” o “ospedale”, la caserma dei
Carabinieri è praticamente all'angolo fra via Maritano e via I
Maggio.
Se utilizzate un navigatore prestate attenzione perchè spesso indica via I Maggio dove c'è l'ingresso residenti e non dal lato “laghetto” che è la vera via I Maggio. Assicuratevi di essere dal lato giusto, al numero 7 c'è solo un accesso pedonale e NON carraio, ed affaccia sul laghetto.
Con il treno: scendere a Milano Centrale, prendere la metro gialla fino al capolinea San Donato, poi si può raggiungere a piedi la struttura (sono circa 2 km.), prendere un taxi oppure prendere l'autobus pubblico n.130, n.140, n.902 (la fermata è a 100 mt. Dalla struttura)- scendere a Milano Rogoredo prendere l'autobus n.140 oppure un taxi
Con l'aereo: Arrivati a Linate, prendere metro M4 poi coincidenza per San Donato a seguire si può raggiungere a piedi la struttura (sono circa 2 km.), prendere un taxi oppure prendere l'autobus pubblico n.130, n.140, n.902 (la fermata è a 100 mt. Dalla struttura)
Con taxi privato: potete chiamare Fulvio al nr. 3337353422 per concordare il trasporto
COSA
FARE QUANDO ARRIVATE IN LOCO
CHECK-IN
& CHECK-OUT
Non
c'è un orario preciso di check-in, si può accedere alla struttura a
qualsiasi orario dopo le ore 14, questo per permettere le pulizie fra
un ospite e un altro, per lo stesso motivo chiediamo di lasciare
l'alloggio entro e non oltre le ore 10 della mattina.
Per
entrare la prima volta dal portone principale è necessario fare il
numero di telefono che vi arriverà con il messaggio di checkin, per
entrare e uscire successivamente, insieme alle chiavi della camera
avete la chiave del portone e non è più necessario effettuare la
chiamata.
Al
secondo piano troverete 2 porte, la nostra è quella contraddistinta
dal numero 2, sullo stipite troverete un tastierino dove inserire il
codice per poter aprire la porta, (Il codice vi verrà inviato una
volta che avrete registrato tutti gli ospiti), una volta inserito il
codice, dovete girare la manopola grigia in senso antiorario fino in
fondo, poi abbassare la maniglia e spingere la porta; la porta non ha
una apertura automatica. Ogni volta che uscite la procedura per
chiudere la porta è la stessa: inserire il codice e girare il
pomello in senso orario.
Al
check out le chiavi potete lasciarle appese alla porta della camera o
rimetterle nella cassetta con combinazione; fate attenzione a non
portarle via.
NELLA
CAMERA
Le
porte delle camere hanno delle serrature di sicurezza, alcune di esse
si aprono in senso orario invece che in senso antiorario, prima di
farvi prendere dal panico se la porta non si apre, provate a far fare
tutti gli scatti alla serratura fino in fondo sia in un senso che
nell'altro. Nella
camera troverete tutto quello che è necessario per garantirvi un
buon soggiorno: letto completo di lenzuolo di sotto, sacca
copripiumone (in estate senza piumone), 4 cuscini (2 duri e due
morbidi), kit asciugamani doccia/viso/bidet, eventuale coperta
supplementare, televisione, tavolo, sedie, macchinetta caffè
Nespresso, forno a microonde (minicucina in camera 4), set bicchieri
e tazze.
Non forniamo la colazione (quella tradizionale), ma troverete anche un kit di benvenuto a vostra disposizione, uno per ogni ospite
La camera è dotata di climatizzatore freddo/caldo con telecomando, utilizzatelo se avete troppo caldo, troppo freddo o per deumidificare l'aria. In camera vi è anche un calorifero che fa parte dell'impianto centralizzato di riscaldamento condominiale (i tempi e le ore di accensione dipendono dal condominio) e potete regolare la temperatura tramite la valvola termostatica. In bagno avete a disposizione un phon.
Le
pulizie come prescritto dal Regolamento di Regione Lombardia, vengono
effettuate ogni 3 giorni compreso il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani e
ad ogni cambio ospite, qualora doveste avere esigenze diverse vi
preghiamo di farcelo sapere, saremo a vs. disposizione.
ELETTRICITA'
La
casa ha un quadro elettrico all'interno della casa e il contatore
generale ENEL è nel piano cantine chiuso all'interno di una
armadiatura metallica. Non è mai successo che si disami il quadro
ENEL, nel caso dovesse succedere contattateci che vi forniremo
istruzioni su come ripristinarlo.
ELETTRODOMESTICI
Gli
elettrodomestici presenti sono: piastra a induzione, frigorifero,
phon, microonde, smart tv.
La
piastra a induzione in camera 4 ha 2 fuochi ed è molto semplice
utilizzarla, è presente una tastiera touch con questa funzionalità:
accensione con il pulsante di destra (premere a lungo),
successivamente schiacciare il pulsante del fuoco che si vuole
utilizzare e con i simboli più e meno posti centralmente nella
tastiera, regolare la potenza. Il simbolo con il lucchetto serve per
bloccare la tastiera. Per spegnere la piastra, riportare la potenza a
zero e successivamente schiacciare il tasto accensione/spegnimento a
destra. Attenzione, non toccare la piastra fino a quando non si è
raffreddata, pericolo di ustioni!
L'acqua
calda viene prodotta da una caldaia interna, è capitato (raramente)
che si abbassasse la pressione dell'acqua condominale e la caldaia
non partisse; nel caso basta aprire tutti i rubinetti presenti in
bagno su caldo, in questo modo la caldaia inizia a
funzionare.
INTERNET
La
casa è dotata di free wi-fi, il nome della rete è BBking o Bbking5g

SPAZZATURA
Lasciatela
all'interno della stanza provvederemo noi a smaltirla
REGOLE
DI BUONA EDUCAZIONE
Vi chiediamo di seguire queste piccole regole di buona educazione che servono a vivere meglio con gli altri ospiti e gli inquilini del condominio:
1.non fumate all'interno della struttura
2.non urlate, non tenete la musica e la tv ad alto volume
3.non sostate sulle scale, evitate di parlare al cellulare soprattutto nelle ore notturne
4.pensate sempre di essere voi nei panni degli altri ospiti

DOVE ANDARE:
Se volete mangiare qualcosa vicino e senza troppe pretese, potete uscire a piedi, a 100mt. Proprio sulla riva del laghetto c'è un locale che si chiama “Il Pontile”, aperto colazione, pranzo e cena (fino alle 21.30), in alternativa nei dintorni nel raggio di 500mt ci sono altri ristoranti e pizzerie.
Se invece prendete la macchina, nel raggio di 2 km. Ci sono una infinità di ristoranti e pizzerie, pub, per tutti i gusti e prezzi.

Hi, thank you for booking in our BBking
San Donato Policlinico facility, below we give you some information
that may be useful to you, read it all carefully until the end.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
As soon as you book you will receive an
email with a link from the CHEKIN app where you will have to enter
the documents of ALL the guests present (e.g. if you have booked for
4 you must insert all four documents) otherwise the system reads it
incomplete and does not send the codes to enter the facility.
Our advice is to register the documents
immediately and not at the last moment as you may not have an
internet connection or various problems and consequently not receive
the codes.
The structure, check-in and check-out
are automated, there is no presence of staff (only in the morning
when cleaning takes place), this guarantees our guests the
possibility of moving freely, without time constraints and in total
privacy ; to open the main door you will receive a telephone number
to dial, a code to enter to open the door of the structure and a
combination to collect the keys to the room, don't worry, it's all
really easy!
The property is located in San Donato
Milanese in via I Maggio 7 scala Z second floor (without elevator, if
you have problems walking please take this into account!), inside a
very quiet residential complex, in a park in front of a
characteristic pond. The area is in the center of San Donato, close
to both entrances of the Polyclinic (Piazza Malan and Via Maritano)
which are about 300 meters away easily reachable on foot and
countless shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.; under the structure
on the public road it is possible to park at no cost, via I Maggio is
a closed road used only by residents and there is always space; the
only exception to which you need to pay attention is on Tuesday
morning as there is street cleaning and you risk a fine.
Inside the neighborhood there are
several B&Bs and accommodation facilities, if you ask someone for
information always remember the name: BBKING, pay attention because
on the same floor as us there is another facility called BBqueen
(yes, they are our former members who they had little imagination!)
don't be confused.
Our structure is made up of 3 rooms:
number 4 with a capacity of 4 people, private bathroom for exclusive
use with external access to the room (it is in the door marked with
the letter E in front of the room), number 5 with a capacity of 4
people, bathroom private for exclusive use with external access to
the room (it is in the door marked with the letter D in front of the
room) and double room number 6, private bathroom with direct internal
access.
In the common part (corridor) there is
a camera that films the entrance, it is used to guarantee the safety
of our guests and for any checks on the number of guests and their
identity; no one can access it and the data is in the exclusive
possession of Bbking Italia which is the guarantor of privacy.
HOW TO GET?
1. By car: if you arrive from the
motorway, take the exit from the eastern ring road of Milan, exit at
San Donato Milanese, follow the signs for "Carabinieri" or
"hospital", the Carabinieri barracks is practically on the
corner between via Maritano and via I Maggio.
If you use a navigator, pay attention
because it often indicates via I Maggio where the residents' entrance
is and not on the "pond" side which is the real via I
Maggio. Make sure you are on the right side, at number 7 there is
only pedestrian access and NO driveway, and it overlooks the pond.
With train:
- get off at Milano Centrale, take the
yellow metro to the San Donato terminus, then you can reach the
structure on foot (it's about 2 km), take a taxi or take public bus
n.130, n.140, n. .902 (the stop is 100 meters from the structure)
- get off at Milano Rogoredo and take
bus no. 140 or a taxi
By plane:
- Once you arrive at Linate, take the
M4 metro then connect to San Donato and then you can reach the
structure on foot (it's about 2 km), take a taxi or take public bus
n.130, n.140, n.902 (the stop is 100 meters from the property)

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE ON SITE
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
There is no precise check-in time, you can access the structure at any time after 2pm, this is to allow cleaning between one guest and another, for the same reason we ask you to leave the accommodation no later than beyond 10 am.
To enter the main door for the first
time it is necessary to dial the telephone number which will arrive
with the check-in message, to enter and exit subsequently, together
with the room keys you have the key to the door and it is no longer
necessary to make the call.
On the second floor you will find 2 doors, ours is the one marked with the number 2, on the jamb you will find a keypad where you can enter the code to open the door, (The code will be sent to you once you have registered all the guests), once entered the code, you must turn the gray knob counterclockwise all the way down, then lower the handle and push the door; the door does not have an automatic opening. Every time you go out the procedure to close the door is the same: enter the code and turn the knob clockwise.
When you check out you can leave the
keys hanging on the room door or put them back in the combination
box; be careful not to take them away.
IN THE ROOM
The bedroom doors have safety locks,
some of them open clockwise instead of anti-clockwise, before you
panic if the door doesn't open, try to make all the clicks on the
lock as far as it will go. in one sense or the other
In the room you will find everything
you need to guarantee a good stay: bed complete with bottom sheet,
duvet cover bag (in summer without duvet), 4 pillows (2 hard and two
soft), shower/face/bidet towel kit, possible blanket additional,
television, table, chairs, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven
(mini kitchen in room 4), set of glasses and cups.
We do not provide breakfast (the
traditional one), but you will also find a welcome kit at your
disposal, one for each guest
The room is equipped with a cold/hot
air conditioner with remote control, use it if you are too hot, too
cold or to dehumidify the air. In the room there is also a radiator
which is part of the centralized condominium heating system (the
switching times and hours depend on the condominium) and you can
regulate the temperature via the thermostatic valve. In the bathroom
you have a hairdryer available.
Cleaning as prescribed by the Lombardy
Region Regulations is carried out every 3 days including the change
of sheets and towels and at each guest change, should you have
different needs please let us know, we will be at your disposal.

ELECTRICITY'
The house has an electrical panel
inside the house and the general ENEL meter is in the cellar level
closed inside a metal cabinet. It has never happened that the ENEL
switchboard is disconnected. If this were to happen, contact us and
we will provide you with instructions on how to restore it.
HOME APPLIANCES
The appliances present are: induction hob, refrigerator, hairdryer, microwave, smart TV.
The induction plate in room 4 has 2
burners and is very simple to use, there is a touch keyboard with
this functionality: switch on with the right button (long press),
then press the fire button you want to use and with the plus and
minus symbols placed centrally on the keyboard, adjust the power. The
padlock symbol is used to lock the keyboard. To turn off the
straightener, return the power to zero and then press the on/off
button on the right. Attention, do not touch the plate until it has
cooled down, risk of burns!
The hot water is produced by an
internal boiler, it has happened (rarely) that the condominium water
pressure drops and the boiler does not start; in this case, just open
all the taps in the bathroom on hot, in this way the boiler starts
working.

RULES OF GOOD EDUCATION
We ask you to follow these small rules
of good manners that help you live better with the other guests and
tenants of the condominium:
1. do not smoke inside the structure
2. don't shout, don't keep the music or
TV at high volume
3. don't stop on the stairs, avoid
talking on your cell phone especially at night
4.always think that you are in the
shoes of the other guests

WHERE TO GO:
If you want to eat something nearby and
without too many pretensions, you can go out on foot, 100m away.
Right on the shore of the lake there is a place called "Il
Pontile", open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (until 9.30pm),
alternatively in the surrounding area within a radius of 500m there
are other restaurants and pizzerias.
If you take the car, within 2 km. There
are an infinite number of restaurants and pizzerias, pubs, for all
tastes and prices.
